PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is important to us. So, we've developed a Privacy Statement that covers how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your personal information.
This Privacy Statement applies to Dimension NXG Pvt. Ltd., and to any affiliated companies (together, “DNXG”).
This Privacy Statement relates to DNXG and the use of DNXG services available through the Site only (the “Products”). This Privacy Statement does not apply to use of personal information in connection with employment.
In connection with providing support, our Products, and other services, DNXG processes certain data maintained in environments that DNXG may access to perform such services (your “Content”) on behalf of and at the direction of DNXG customers and partners. Our use of such Content and related log data is subject to the Terms of Use for this service and is not solely governed by this Privacy Statement. In contrast, the information we collect through our customers' and partners' use of the Service (such as names, addresses, billing information and contact information) and through our offline interactions with customers and partners is subject to the terms of this Privacy Statement.
1. COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
1.1 Personal information means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular individual or customer.
1.2 You may be asked to provide your personal information any time you are in contact with DNXG Platform or Services. We may share this information with our affiliates and they may use it consistently with this Privacy Statement. We may also combine it with other information to provide information about our Platform, services, and content. You are not required to provide the personal information that we request, but, if you chose not to do so, we may not be able to provide you with our Platform use or Services or respond to any queries you may have.
2. WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Here are some examples of the types of personal information DNXG may collect and how we may use it:
2.1.1 When you register for DNXG use of platform, purchase a Product, or contact us, we may collect a variety of information, including your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and contact preferences.
2.1.2 We may collect personal information when you reach out to us for support, give us feedback, participate in optional surveys, product research or training and you choose to share (“Communication Information”).
2.1.3 When you invite others to participate in DNXG services or forums, DNXG may collect the information you provide about those people such as name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. DNXG will use such information to fulfill your requests, provide the relevant Product or service, or for anti-fraud purposes.
2.1.4 Device information. We may collect information about your device such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, log information, error messages, device type, and unique device identifiers. For example, we may collect IP addresses from you as part of our sign in and security features.
2.1.5 Content. We may receive information about your business, details about your customers or vendors or employees, and other information that relates to or involves your use of Products.
2.1.6 Third-party service content. We receive information about you when you sign in to or use a third-party service using our Products. For example, when you visit a website using a virtual desktop Product, we need to know, and may record, the fact that you have connected to such a website.
2.1.7 Usage information. We may collect usage information such as the pages you viewed, the features you use, your browser type and details about any links with which you interact.
2.1.8 Location information. Certain features in our platform may collect your precise location information, device motion information, or both, if you grant permission to do so in your device settings.
2.1.9 Information from cookies and other technologies. (See Section 2‐ Cookies and Other Technologies, below, for more information.)
2.1.10 Information stored locally. Some of our Products may synchronize with the information on your computer. We may also store personal information locally on your device.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
3.1 We collect and process personal information from you only when:
3.1.1 We have your permission to do so,
3.1.2 We need the personal information to perform a contract with you or provide a service to you,
3.1.3 Necessary to provide you with the benefits of our Products and to operate our business,
3.1.4 The processing is in our legitimate business interests, and
3.1.5 Necessary to comply with legal requirements, including applicable laws and regulations
3.2 As particular examples, we may use your personal information as follows:
3.2.1 We may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with DNXG, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.
3.2.2 The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on DNXG’s latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. If you don't want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out any time by updating your preferences or, for marketing communications, by clicking on the applicable unsubscribe buttons in each email.
3.2.3 We also use personal information to help us create, develop, operate, deliver, and improve our Products, services, and content, and for anti-fraud purposes. We may use your personal information, including date of birth, to verify identity, assist with identification of users, and to determine appropriate services.
3.2.4 We may also use personal information for internal purposes such as auditing, data analysis, and research to improve DNXG’s Platform, Products, services, and customer communications.
3.2.5 If we combine non-personal information with personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information for as long as it remains combined and includes personal information.
4. COLLECTION AND USE OF ADDITIONAL INFORMATION.
4.1 We also collect data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. We may collect, use, transfer, and disclose non-personal information for any purpose. The following are some examples of non-personal information that we collect and how we may use it:
4.1.1 We may collect information such as occupation, language, zip code, area code, unique device identifier, referrer URL, location, and the time zone where DNXG Platform or Product or Service is used so that we can better understand customer behavior and improve our products and services.
4.1.2 We may collect information regarding customer activities. This information is aggregated and used to help us provide more useful information to our customers and to understand which parts of the Platform, Products, and services are of most interest. Aggregated data is considered non-personal information for the purposes of this Privacy Statement.
4.1.3 We may collect and store details of how you use our Platform or Products. This information may be used to improve the relevancy and performance of our Platform or Products.
5. COOKIES AND OTHER TECHNOLOGIES
5.1 DNXG’s Platform, Products, email messages, and advertisements may use “cookies” and other technologies such as pixel tags and web beacons. These technologies help us better understand user behavior, tell us which parts of the Platform people have visited, and facilitate and measure the delivery of our services. We treat information collected by cookies and other technologies as non-personal information. However, to the extent that IP addresses or similar identifiers are considered personal information by local law, we also treat these identifiers as personal information.
5.2 DNXG and our affiliates also use cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use the Platform or our Products. Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with DNXG more convenient and personal. For example, knowing your first name lets us welcome you the next time you visit the Platform.
5.3 If you want to disable cookies, most browsers will permit you to do so. Please note that certain features of the Platform will not be available once cookies are disabled. We also gather some information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include IP addresses, browser type and language, Internet service provider (ISP), referring and exit websites and applications, operating system, date and time stamp, clickstream data, state change information, and metadata.
5.4 We use this information to understand and analyze trends, to administer the services and Platform, to learn about user behavior on the Platform, to improve our Platform, Product and services, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. DNXG may use this information in our marketing services.
5.5 In some of our email messages, we use a “click-through URL” linked to content on the DNXG Website. When customers click one of these URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on the Platform. We track this click-through data to help us determine interest in particular topics and measure the effectiveness of our customer communications.
5.6 Pixel tags enable us to send email messages in a format customers can read, and they tell us whether mail has been opened. We may use this information to reduce or eliminate messages sent to customers.
6. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES
6.1 Service Providers. DNXG shares personal information with companies who provide services such as information processing, extending credit, fulfilling customer orders, delivering Products to you, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our Products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys. These companies are obligated to protect your information and may be located wherever DNXG operates.
6.2 Strategic Partners. At times DNXG may make certain personal information available to strategic partners that work with DNXG to provide Products and services, or that help DNXG market to customers. Personal information will only be shared by DNXG to provide or improve our Products, and services; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.
6.3 Others. It may be necessary ‐ by law, legal process, litigation, or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside your country of residence ‐ for DNXG to disclose your personal information. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other issues of public importance, disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
6.4 We may also disclose information about you if we determine that disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce our terms and conditions or protect our operations or users. Additionally, in the event of a reorganization, merger, or sale we may transfer any and all personal information we collect to the relevant third party.
7. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
7.1 DNXG takes the security of your personal information very seriously. When your personal information is stored by DNXG, we use computer systems with limited access housed in facilities using physical security measures. Your stored data is stored in encrypted form including when we utilize third party storage.
7.2 DNXG is committed to securing your personal information. We take appropriate technological and organizational measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. DNXG complies with applicable data protection, privacy, and security breach notification laws.
7.3 Some of the ways in which DNXG protects your personal information include:
7.3.1 We encrypt your Content when it is stored at rest in our data centers.
7.3.2 We protect sensitive information with encryption during transmission over the public Internet.
7.3.3 We keep the servers on which personal information is stored in a controlled environment with limited access.
7.3.4 We maintain a variety of compliance and security policies and programs
7.4 When you use some DNXG Products, services, platform or applications or post on DNXG forum, chat room, or social networking service, the personal information and content you share is visible to other users and can be read, collected, or used by them. You are responsible for the personal information you choose to share or submit in these instances. For example, if you list your name and email address in a forum posting, that information is public. Please take care when using these features.
7.5 We use physical, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information consistent with ISO 27001:2013. However, despite these controls, we cannot completely ensure or warrant the security of your personal information.
8. INTEGRITY AND RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
8.1 We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Privacy Statement unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
8.2 You can confirm that your contact information and preferences are up to date by logging in to your account through the Platform. For other personal information we hold, we will provide you with a copy of such information upon your request. You may also request that we correct inaccurate data or delete data about you if DNXG is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are frivolous or vexatious, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law. Access, correction, or deletion requests can be made through by contacting DNXG.
8.3 We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 13, or equivalent minimum age in the relevant jurisdiction, without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, or equivalent minimum age depending on jurisdiction, without first receiving verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible.
8.4 To provide location-based services on DNXG Platform or Products, DNXG and our affiliates may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your computer, browser, or DNXG device. Where available, location-based services may use GPS, Bluetooth, and your IP address, along with crowd-sourced Wi-Fi hotspot and cell tower locations, and other technologies to determine your devices' approximate location. Unless you provide consent, this location data is collected anonymously in a form that does not personally identify you and is used by DNXG and our partners and licensees to provide and improve location-based platform, products and services. For example, your device may share its geographic location with application providers when you opt in to their location services. Some location-based services offered by DNXG require your personal information for the feature to work.
9. THIRD-PARTY SITES AND SERVICES
9.1 In order to function, DNXG Platform, Products, applications, and services may contain or permit links to third-party websites, products, and services. Our Products and services may also use or offer products or services from third parties ‐ for example, a third-party service developed using our Platform. Information collected by third parties, which may include such things as location data or contact details, is governed by their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy practices of those third parties.
10. INTERNATIONAL USERS
10.1 All the information you provide may be transferred or accessed by entities around the world as described in this Privacy Statement. In particular, DNXG uses servers and service providers located in India. If you do not want your personal information transferred to India, do not use the Platform or Products.
10.2 DNXG does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you.

10.4 All such communications are examined and replies issued where appropriate as soon as possible. If you are unsatisfied with the reply received, you may refer your complaint to the relevant regulator in your jurisdiction. If you ask us, we will endeavor to provide you with information about relevant complaint avenues which may be applicable to your circumstances.
11. UPDATES
11.1 DNXG may update its Privacy Statement from time to time. When we change the policy in a material way, a notice will be posted on our Platform along with the updated Privacy Statement. Changes to the Privacy Statement will be deemed to have been accepted by you on your continued use of our Products or Platform following the effective date of the changes.
